Not your typical high school flick; beautiful and bright yet dark, slow moving but pulse-raising, quiet but thrilling. Under the facade of ordinary-looking characters comes a story of violence and total human experience. A must see.

The Iron Lady 2012, Phyllida Lloyd

A film with lots of potential, but it ended up as a melting pot, suffering from a very weak script and incompetent direction. The Iron Lady is as confused as a student who did not study for his Calculus exams. Despite on its shortcomings, the always reliable Meryl Streep saved this film from becoming a total train-wreck.
